Software Description:
Molecular Operating Environment(MOE) provides asuite of applications for manipulating and analyzing largecollections of compounds. It is a fully integrated suite ofcomputational chemistry, molecular modeling and informaticssoftware for life science applications. The suite’s applicationsare written in an embedded programming language, Scientific VectorLanguage (SVL),and can be easily customized since the SVL sourcecode is provided in the distribution.
The Molecular Database is a disk-based spreadsheet central tothe manipulation and visualization of large collections ofcompounds. Compound collections can be “washed” to remove salts andsolvents and to adjust protonation state of acids and bases.
