CAESAR II can leverage FEATools, from Paulin Research Group(PRG), to add finite element analysis capabilities to users’ CAESARII jobs, to include more accurate stress intensification factors(SIFs) and flexibility factors (K factors) in their analysis. Withthis release, FEATools is now accessible through a dedicatedtoolbar menu. Likewise, links to NozzlePRO, also from PRG, allowsusers to compare multiple file results, assess the sensitivity ofmodel elements, and evaluate nozzle/branch connections with CAESARII.
The Static Analysis Load Case Editor was redesigned to improve userexperience and add more robust functionality when creating andrevising load cases for analysis. The software also offers improveddistance measurement and faster piping data input.
