Bentley PowerSurvey is a full-function surveydata management solution built on Bentley PowerDraft. It providessurveying professionals with a complete set of survey-specifictools for both Bentley InRoads and Bentley GEOPAK—with a built-indrafting engine. PowerSurvey directly processes the data from yourfield-surveying device and automatically displays the resultinggraphics onscreen. You can then manipulate the data usingPowerSurvey editing, reduction, and adjustment tools.

Bentley PowerSurvey communicates with all industry-leading datacollectors. Connect your
data collector directly to a personal computer, laptop, or tabletPC and use PowerSurvey to manage the survey data. PowerSurvey canalso upload GEOPAK or InRoads data to the data collector for fieldstakeout procedures.
Customizable Feature-driven Processing
Bentley PowerSurvey supports extensive feature databases thatdetail the representation of each survey shot or feature, includingsymbolization, labeling, DTM control, and more. The featuredatabase is completely user-definable and ensures standardizationfrom the field surveyor to designer. As you process data, thesoftware draws points and features in accordance with the featuretable specified. With this powerful capability, you can generatedrawings onsite—immediately after the survey has been collected—forin-field verification.
Survey Data Adjustments
Editing and adjusting your survey data is an intuitive process whenyou use Bentley PowerSurvey. The software employs industry-standardroutines to make those adjustments that are necessary to finalizeyour data. PowerSurvey includes Least squares, Compass rule, andTransit rule adjustments. You can visually inspect the adjusteddata and complete the topographic drawing in both DGN and DWGformats. The data can then be shared with the members of theproject team that are using either GEOPAK or InRoads.
Interactive Coordinate Geometry
Bentley PowerSurvey includes integrated coordinate geometry (COGO)tools. This valuable toolsetenables you to perform offset commands,intersections, traverse, and many other geometry commands.Additionally, you can leverage the data generated with othermodules of the InRoads and GEOPAK families of products.
