The Moldflow Material Data Classifier enablesyou to make specific material properties confidential. When youclassify a material property as confidential, the values are readby the Moldflow solvers and used in the calculations, but appear as‘Confidential’ in the Moldflow software.
There are two lists of material properties in theMoldflow Material Data Classifier:
– A shorter list of properties that can be made confidential in theMoldflow Commercial Database.
– A longer list of properties that you can make confidential in adatabase that you provide directly to your customer.
This program allows material manufacturers to make material dataconfidential to help protect proprietary information withoutimpacting the ability of customers to use it for Moldflowanalyses.
