It offersunique capability to evaluate the performance and operation ofthese machines by use of Computational Fluid Dynamics ofThermodynamic Multi Chamber Model. It is designed to minimiseefforts and maximise efficiency of the design process by enablinggeometry analysis, preliminary thermodynamic evaluation and gridgeneration of the large number of positive displacement rotarymachines with multiple rotor arrangements.

Users can importexisting geometry of the rotors from data point files obtainedanalytically, numerically, by measurement or from a CAD system.Rotors could be manipulated, scaled and modified. GUI is capable ofpresenting results graphically and textually.
SCORGTM generates numerical mesh and pre-processing scripts fordirect link and easy connection with most of commercial CFD solversand Engineering software including PumpLinx, Ansys CFX andStarCCM+.
Furthermore, SCORGTM allows geometric analysis of flow features andpreliminary performance analysis using multi-domain chamber model.Thermodynamic results are used for initial conditions for CFD,Structural Analysis by Finite Element Methods (FEM) or Fluid solidinteraction (FSI)
